The Wine is aged for 13 months in 40% in foudres, 34% in concrete egg tanks and 26% in French oak barrels of varying ages. A lovely example of Cabernet Sauvignon with a beautiful purity. Ruby red in colour with a bright nose that offers aromas of ripe blackcurrant and cedar wood notes. The palate recalls black currants and red cherry fruit
